All in One Adult Cloth Diaper
An All in One adult cloth diaper or AIO has an inner fabric, sewn in soaker, and outer fabric. In short, it has everything adult diaper-users need – gentle fabric on their skin, thirsty soaker to absorb moisture and water-proof outer fabric to prevent leak. With an AIO, adult diaper-users don’t need to buy water-proof diaper covers because they are already sewn with the inner layers.
The inner layer which touches the skin is usually made of microfleece or cotton fabric. They are used because they are soft on the skin which prevents rashes.
