Cloth adult diapers need to be sewn and thus need a lot of time before they can be used. You can buy commercially sold cloth diapers but you will find that the best cloth diapers are those that are custom fitted to you.
The main advantage of cloth diapers is that they are budget and environment friendly. They are also good for those who develop rashes from wearing synthetic diapers. The disadvantage is that you have to wash them with the urine and the poop.
Disposable adult diapers are like baby diapers with tape tabs only bigger. You can easily find disposable adult diapers in all groceries, supermarket and drug stores. Another advantage of disposable adult diapers is that you don’t have to clean them of the urine and poop. On the other hand, you’ll get more non-biodegradable waste and you’ll be continually spending money on them.
As to what adult diapers to choose, if you can wash your adult diapers or if you have someone who can wash the adult diapers for you, then you can choose to use cloth adult diapers. If you have a sensitive skin and tend to develop rashes easily, you also need to use adult cloth diapers. If you can’t wash your adult diapers and don’t have anybody to wash them for you, then disposable diapers should be your choice.
