Walgreens Certainty fitted briefs come in 3 sizes: medium, large and X-large. There are 2 kinds of packaging. The first one has 16 adult diapers inside the packaging which cost around $12 and the other one contains 32 adult diapers which cost $20. If you buy it regularly, you can save more if you buy the one with 32 adult diapers inside.
Certainty fitted briefs also look like the normal underwear. It is unisex. It has wetness indicators that you look at to see if you need to change it. The colors will change if you need to change them. It has 3 layers of soakers for absorbency but it is not that dependable because there are cases of leakage during the night.
Although it is affordable, you have to change often because the water that it can hold is actually very small. It is just a way for you not to wet yourself when you pee. You will find out that the wetness indicator changes it color after your first peeing.
It is not recommended for night use especially for adult diaper users who pee more than once during the night. You may need to put more adult diaper pads and adult diaper cover so that you will be protected from accidental leakage.
